Day 1 :
Arusha – Tarangire National Park

Your safari begins with a morning pick-up from your Arusha hotel and a scenic drive to Tarangire National Park, known for its vast elephant herds and dramatic baobab trees. Spend the day on game drives exploring the park’s varied habitats along the Tarangire River, where you may encounter lions, giraffes, wildebeest, zebras, and over 500 species of birds. In the late afternoon, continue to your midrange lodge in Karatu for dinner and an overnight stay.

Day 2 :
Ngorongoro Crater – Arusha

After an early breakfast, descend into the Ngorongoro Crater for a thrilling half-day game drive. This UNESCO World Heritage Site is often described as a natural wonder, home to an incredible concentration of wildlife including rhinos, lions, hyenas, elephants, and more. Enjoy a picnic lunch on the crater floor while soaking in the scenery. After your safari, ascend the crater and return to Arusha, arriving by late afternoon.
