Overview

On this 1-Day The Unique Ngorongoro Crater safari, we will depart early in the morning to visit this extraordinary and special area. The Ngorongoro Crater is a unique place where the Maasai people have lived alongside wild animals for generations, with some saying they’ve shared this land for over 150 years.

The drive to the Ngorongoro gate will take us about 3 hours, and along the way, we’ll start to enjoy the scenic views and spot a few animals. Once we pass through the gate, the adventure continues as we head down into the crater for more wildlife encounters and breathtaking landscapes.

Day 1 :

Arusha town to Lake manyara Nationa Park

After an early breakfast, we will depart from your hotel or lodge and head to the stunning Ngorongoro Crater to explore this unique and beautiful area. With a bit of luck, we may spot the Big Five. The crater is home to over 20,000 animals, making it a wildlife paradise.

Our goal is to make the most of our time here and see as many animals as possible, including large groups of zebras and gnus, numerous hyenas, buffaloes, various antelope species, birds, hippos, and more. After a day filled with unforgettable sights and relaxation, we will drive back to Arusha for dinner and an overnight stay at your hotel.
